E-turbo charger

                                 


If you need a boost and can't afford a real turbo or supercharger conversion, this product is for you. The Electric Supercharger is an adapter to either your short ram or cold air intake. It will work on absolutely any air intake brand including AEM, Injen, MimoUSA, Weapon R, Fujita etc. Simply remove your current air filter and put the Electric Supercharger as a replacement, it's that simple.

The electric supercharger is operated on a 12-volt source. This means you can connect the electric supercharger to your battery to get the power. It uses 2.2 amps from your alternator when turned on and doesn't affect your car performance or battery drain. The Electric Supercharger is connected to a switch inside the car. Whenever you need more power you simply flip the electric supercharger switch and fly away. The electric supercharger produces 250CFM of forced air into your manifold and it is very quiet under the hood when the electric supercharger is turned on. In fact it has a nice aggressive sound, making it seem like you got something bigger then what you actually have under the hood.

A stock turbo from an Audi 1.8T produces 400CFM. Adding the electric supercharger will produce more then half of the power than a stock Audi 1.8T turbo would. There is no need to do any modifications to your engine at all. 250CFM of forced air can also be compared to a 15-25 shot of Nitrous.

Inspired and designed from endurance and GT racing in Japan, HKS developed its Hi-Power Exhaust system for both turbocharged and naturally aspirated applications. HKS has incorporated this new race inspired offset muffler and piping design into many street applications, which offers a greater flow and higher-PRM power gains due to the less restrictive design. This is achieved by eliminating unnecessary bends for the straightest exhaust path. For turbocharged applications, the large and smooth exhaust flow allows greater exhaust velocity for better mid-range boost response and high-RPM power. Naturally aspirated vehicles also benefit from greater exhaust flow capacity as engine tuning levels increase. Certain applications are available in a Silent Hi-Power version which has an inner silencer built into the muffler. Like Drager Exhaust systems, Hi-Power Exhaust systems are made from SUS304 stainless steel muffler and tip assemblies. Depending on the application, Hi-Power muffler tips are 96mm, 115mm and 120mm in diameter, piping diameter ranges from 55mm to 95mm. Special Edition HKS Carbon Titanium Hi-Power Exhaust systems are exclusively available for certain popular applications. These exclusive versions of the Hi-Power Exhaust consist of a carbon fiber wrapped muffler shell, titanium tip, and
polished SUS304 stainless steel piping.

Blitz Blow-Off Valve. Blitz makes the most affordable Japanese blow-off valve. Their Super Sound Dual Drive blow-off valve is a lightweight alloy unit with a twin piston design that gives a loud sequential sound in most applications. It also has two vent designs one for high volume, the other for low volume sleeper mode. The Blitz blow-off valve is a very high performance valve, able to hold up to 30psi.

Greddy Blow-Off Valves are available in two types; the type S and type R. The type S blow-off valve is a sequential twin piston design that is recommended by Greddy for any turbo car running up to 20psi boost pressure. The type R valve from Greddy is the best blow-off valve available from Japan. The type R is a super lightweight and strong unit that will hold more than 30psi - also suited for racing. Both type S and type R models are adaptable for internally or externally venting.

As well as the Greddy Type S and Type R, we also have available the Greddy Type RS. This model has been designed to supersede the Type S, but has stronger internals and a more interesting sound. The Type S will however stay in production for the foreseeable future.
