Only for serious buyers who are willing to wait patiently are welcome to place your order. If you can't bear the waiting period(for about 2-4weeks), you are not advice to place any order with us.
- All items here are base on pre-order basis.
- All prices stated here are in Brunei Dollars (BND $).
- All prices are inclusive of taxes, handling fees, shipping fees and custom duty charge.
- Your personal information when submitting orders will be kept confidential from the third parties.
- To place an order, all you need to do is just fill in the Order Form.
- No deposit / payment = No orders, a minimum deposit of BND $20.00~BND $50.00 is required upon placing your order, we will quote you the correct amount of deposit required.
- Deposit / payment to be made within 3 days after order is confirmed.
- Once deposit / payment is made NO CANCELLATION or REFUND will be allowed, a receipt will be given to you as a prove for the items you order.
- The period of waiting for your items to arrive is dynamic but it usually took 2-4 weeks to arrive & may take longer than expected under certain circumstances. However, buyers who are willing to wait patiently are welcome to place an order with us.
- If you do not trust us, please don't place any order with us.
- We will not be responsible for any damages cause by shipping to the items you ordered. Please be rest assured that problems like this almost never / seldom will happen.
- We will not held any responsibilities to any wrong orders, so please make sure your orders are correct before sending it to us.
- We will inform you through text messages / emails a.s.a.p once the items you ordered arrived & is ready to be collected, you will need to settle the remaining balance of the items you ordered upon collecting it from us.
- Pre-Order items are subject to availability. If we were informed by the manufacturers / suppliers that the items you order is out-of-stock, we will inform you for the replacement a.s.a.p. Otherwise, we will fully refund the money you deposit to us as stated on the receipt.
- Colors of items may be varies / slightly different due to lightings & individual monitors setting.
- We will not be liable for any loss through items that are successfully ordered and purchased but are restricted from being ship to Brunei. There will be no refund for any items that are confiscated at the customs.
- Goods sold are not returnable, not exchangeable & non-refundable.
